Model Four Wins a TWICE VIP Award
In the words of the 6th century archivist Lao Tzu, "He who truly knows has no occasion to shout."
That's all well and good, but sometimes, one must shout. And to that end, we're excited to share that KLH Model Four was just named a winner in this year's TWICE VIP Awards in the "In-Room Speakers" category!
If you're not familiar, TWICE is one of the industry's longest-running trade publications, and the VIP Awards are judged by people who evaluate this type of gear for a living. Getting picked out of that field fills us with pride.
It's not hard to see why Model Four stands out. It's a genuine three-way acoustic suspension loudspeaker in an unbelievably compact footprint (13-inch-wide front baffle and 8.25-inch cabinet depth).
Model Four shares Model Five's driver architecture and crossover philosophy, right down to the same second-order, thirteen-component topology. Naturally, it has been re-tuned for its 8-inch woofer to preserve the signature KLH tonal balance and imaging.
Model Four also borrows from Model Seven, specifically the wider, shallower cabinet proportions and overall design language. Plus, we have a beautiful new real wood finish: White Oak with Inkwell Grille.
